Your privacy matters to me. Ryder Author Resources (RAR) is an independently owned publishing services business, and I believe in being straightforward about what information I collect, why I collect it, and how I use it.

This website is hosted by Squarespace. Contact-form submissions are processed through Squarespace and delivered to my email account and Google Drive for storage and follow-up.

I do not voluntarily share your personal information with unrelated third parties for marketing purposes. Information may also be disclosed if required by law.
Email Newsletters
RAR may offer an optional email newsletter using Mailchimp.
If you choose to subscribe, your name and email address may be stored and processed through Mailchimp for the purpose of delivering newsletters, publishing information, and occasional business updates.
Newsletter subscriptions are voluntary and separate from general contact inquiries. Submitting the contact form does not automatically subscribe you to a mailing list.
Every marketing email will include an option to unsubscribe.

AI-generated material is subject to my review and professional judgment. AI tools do not replace my responsibility for the services I provide.

I do not intentionally submit unpublished manuscripts or confidential client creative materials to third-party AI services without first discussing that use with the client and obtaining their permission.
